The Professional Design Package consists of four distinct Phases of the Design Process. This Process commences with gaining a working knowledge of the Client's needs and goals through Final Observation and Warranty Period. Frank Clements Associates Inc. has a thorough, comprehensive approach to serving each Client, making sure interests and budget restraints find a workable middle ground.
